We have officially been in Oregon for one year.
One year.
It's amazing how fast it has gone. It's been such a whirlwind...
...husband going to flight school, getting his private and commercial helicopter license, and next week he takes his CFI (Certified Flight Instructor) course...
...getting to know a new place, exploring new surroundings, joining a MOPS group, meeting new people...
...buying a house and moving [again! Thankfully across town this time and not the country :-) ]...
...enjoying visits with my mom and sister, brother-in-law and niece, having a friend from Ohio move here and live with us for a time...
...having Danny's mom move from Montana and currently living with us...
...starting school with Caedon...
...Caedon turning 5, Alayna turning 2, celebrating 6 years of marriage...
...oh yeah, and having a baby :-)
This year has been a challenging yet rewarding year for me. So many changes happened quickly and sometimes I felt a little behind in adjusting to it all. I felt constantly out of my comfort zone and struggled with loneliness and fear. Yet like with most suffering in our lives, small and great, I was able to grow and learn more of God and His goodness. This year has been quite the adventure, indeed.
{A few weeks ago we went to the pumpkin patch at Sweet Oregon Berry Company with my MOPS group, it was so much fun! Had to post some pictures!}

How fun! It looks like you guys had a BLAST at the pumpkin patch! It seems just like yesterday that we went to your "farewell" party... craziness! Love, Hugs & Prayers :)
That was so fun seeing!
